Orders
Orders shall be sent in writing to our address in Dielsdorf, Switzerland. Each order must contain article number, Product name, shipping address and billing address.

Pricing
All prices listed in catalogs, price lists or on our homepage are understood to be net prices, excluding VAT and any charges for shipping and packaging and are not binding. The only binding prices are those contained in our order confirmation. On request, many of our Products can be offered at lower prices if ordered in bulk.

Shipping
Products are shipped DDP, excluding VAT, if shipping address and billing address are in Switzerland or in the EU. Shipping of quantities larger than indicated in catalogs and shipping to addresses (shipping address or billing address) outside Switzerland or the EU by arrangement. Special packaging requirements are paid for by the customer. Orders with a value of goods of less than CHF 300.00, USD 250.00 and EUR 200.00 respectively will be subject to a surcharge for reduced quantities amounting to CHF 100.00, USD 80.00 and EUR 75.00 respectively. The agreed upon delivery dates are approximate delivery dates and refer to the date on which goods are shipped from Dielsdorf, Switzerland. If the delivery deadline is not met, the customer must give a reasonable extension. We are entitled to do part-shipments at any time.

Terms of Payment
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the date of the invoice, the invoice total is net without any deductions. On any late payments we are entitled to charge an interest rate of 1.5% per month as of due date. As long as there is a backlog of payments we do not need to deliver goods to the client in question. Products delivered remain property of Senn Chemicals AG, until fully paid (retention of title).

Warranty and Liability

Therefore they may not be used on humans or animals or in clinical studies under any circumstances. We guarantee the purity of our Products according to the declarations on our certificates of analysis. The client shall examine quantity as well as quality of the delivered Products immediately after delivery. Any complaints have to be submitted in writing within 10 days (period of forfeiture). Our liability is limited to replacement of delivered Products, whereby faulty Products shall be returned to us (however, Products may only be returned with our consent) or destroyed, as Senn Chemicals AG, may choose. In case of non-fulfilment or delayed delivery, our liability is limited to the invoice value of the Product or Products concerned. To the extent admissible under the law, any further customer claims for rescission of contract, reduction of the purchase price, and damages are herewith fully waived.

Guarantee
We guarantee the purity of our products according to the declaration on our product specification.

Place of jurisdiction
Swiss substantive Law is applicable. Zurich is exclusive place of jurisdiction for any legal action. Competent court is the Court of Commerce.
