Senn believes in the philosophy of open and transparent communications with the client throughout the conductance of a project. We set up a Project Team consisting of, at the minimum, Project Manager – overall responsible for project performance, timelines, deliverables and communications; Technical Leader – responsible for all technical aspects; and Quality Leader – responsible for all quality-related aspects. Depending on the nature of a given project, additional experts could be included. The Project Team interacting with client’s counterpart successfully manages the project.
